Refund policy
Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility:
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping:
Most returns are handled by the supplier via DSers. If return shipping is required, customers are responsible for the cost. Please contact us at support@grabrun.ca for instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. DSers updates Shopify with the refund or replacement status automatically.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items cannot be returned. Contact us if unsure.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your current item and place a new order.
EU Customers:
For shipments to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return items within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by the supplier.
